In my world, everything that I do, it’s all about my “team”.  Respect for one another, care for one another….whether it’s my family, my friend group, or my work team, we are all in this together. We all win together, we lose together, we work together, and we play together.  I believe this wholeheartedly.  When you implement this way of thinking, it’s just magic.  Give it a try.
