I know I don’t express it enough, but to all of these people that are pictured below, I just want to send out a big heart-felt hug filled with thanks on this Valentine’s Day.
It’s been a crazy 5 months since our big merge on September 3rd, 2019. And you ALL, still show up.
You have been with me every step of the way, helping me figure out the moving parts and pieces of our young, growing company. Each of you offering solutions and giving me space to get it right and get it wrong.
Every day has been a challenge with new and pressing tasks being hurled our way. But you ALL keep on delivering and supporting this mission of mine.
I know it’s not easy, I know at times I seem erratic in where I am going, or slow to make my decisions. You see me come running in with the latest idea and solution, or sitting with my head in my hands…but you ALL keep standing beside me.
It brings tears to my eyes when I think about all of you and how far we have come as a team. How far we are going to take this team into the future.
This Valentine’s Day, my love goes out to each of you. I know one thing for certain: I wouldn’t be here today without all of you, every day, on Team Morning Ag Clips.
